"Worst stay ever. Totally ripe off this hotel. Stay away! We tried to complain though hotels.com that was very helpful and recommend the hotel that we were entitled to a refund for the remaining nights and get a new hotel but the hotel manager refused. For many hundred of dollaers a night I’m in shock of the state for this hotel. "

"The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."

"Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation."

"Området er godt, tæt på alt det vi ville og metro til fuld adgang til alt på Manhattan. Rengøringen var meget mangelfuld og decideret ulækker nogle steder, toilettet var ikke fastgjort og vi fandt sorte hår i alle sengene.( Vi er en lyshåret familie) Der blev ikke skiftet sengetøj eller gjordt rent i den uge vi var her. Fortryder at vi ikke betalte lidt mere for noget bedre. 7.5 i hotels rating er alt for gavmildt og meget misvisende. Køkken virkede ikke og håndklæderne lugtede surt, vi fik kun...

"The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again"

"Host was very communicative. Enjoyed stay. Location was very advantageous. Tub plugged up on us the very first night. Very quick response to unplug. Happened a second time, again quick response. Slowly drained the remainder of our stay. Overall great experience."

"Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again."
