"Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again"

There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. "My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...
