"Me and my girlfriend stayed at this wonderful hotel for a weekend, and everything was perfect - wish we had a few more days there! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room/appartment itself was very cozy and a joy to be in. The location is perfect as well - 5 minutes walk from New Street central station where you can connect to anywhere with buses/trains. Also close to the Bull Ring for lots of shopping and dining opportunities. Highly recommend it!"

The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. I was very close to reporting the property as a scam and re-booking because the key did not come into the app. It was only when I saw an email from the apartment that I found out the need to pay the damage deposit for the key to then be...

"This property deceived me like a fraud! I'm a international traveller and I only have credit card. Just 5 minutes later after I booked the apartment with a 100USD payment, the property asked me to transfer the deposit via bank account with a debit card, or they won't send me the instruction to enter the property. I tried to talk this over, but got denied. The funny thing was no such information on only accept debit card for deposit showed on their home page, while they even posted they accept...
