"Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old...

Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. "Great location and wonderful stay! Close to everything, including the free #67 bus (in between 2 of the stops), 15-minute walk to 2 grocery stores, darling restaurants and pubs are a block away. Quiet location and spacious for a family of 4. The only small issue was the laundry; it is onsite but not in the unit, you will need to bring quarters and detergent. Newport was one stop on our trip and doing laundry was a key reason for choosing the unit. Other than that, I would not hesitate to book...

"We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches.
