They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! "

"I traveled to Boston for my youngest sons’s college graduation. I was aware that I was staying on the fourth floor without access to an elevator prior to my visit. That was the only issue I experienced because of my own need for more daily exercise.
