"The stairway is pretty dirty and smells of gas. The elevator works but is a bit rickety. The room itself is spacious but the ac unit was installed right at the bed so it’s blowing on you constantly at night. The shower was unpredictable and lost pressure heat randomly during a shower. "The building is not new. Hallway was musty. Boxes in the entry way. People sitting on the front stoop smoking, Dirty wash cloth on the stair railing. Management company only communicated via text and wasn't very friendly at all. I would not stay there again."

"Fairly spacious room with clean bathroom and mini fridge a nice touch. Wish there was a smart tv though. The blinds were also not helpful enough when it comes to blocking out the soon so I should’ve brought a sleep mask. Overall though a seamless hotel check in and very smooth experience with very very minor nitpicky complaints. I would come back tbh."

"This was the cheapest option for us and close to BU. Kenmore T is only 2–3 minutes away, and location is convenient for Uber/Taxi pickup. Stayed in Comfort Studio in the basement by rear entrance.
