"If you're travelling via train & you're only staying a couple of days this is absolutely perfect. Excellent location literally beside the station & a 15 min stroll down to the beach etc. There's an excellent cafe at the bottom of the street & several bars within a couple of mins. It's pretty compact though, but if you're just using it as a base for your stuff & to kip in, it'll do the job."

"Spotless room with beautiful en suite bathroom and shower. Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy.
