"This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Beautiful property and house. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen materials readily available as well as bathroom materials. Host was easy to reach for communication regarding slight wifi issue. View was great. We saw rabbits and squirrels in our front yard. Quiet and peaceful. 10mins from Ark Encounter and about 30-35 mins from the Creation Museum. Would love to return!"

"ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! It was a hot & very humid summer day when we arrived, after a 6 hr drive. Upon entering the Little White Cottage, I felt the welcoming heart of the owners. Every light was turned on and the A/C was set to 70 degrees! The little cottage was so well decorated with local antiques and modern amenities. "We were overly impressed by this property and the location. The house was emasculate and had such great character in every room. Check in and communication with the property own were top notch. The main areas in the town are all within short walking distance of the home. We will definitely look for this home again next year when we come back to Maysville. We won Oktoberfest king 2025 so we’ll definitely be back!"
