"Great location nice neighborhood, excellent host. The property had exactly what we needed. It has a coffee pot small fridge and some snacks and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient to Boulder and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Nice basement apartment. The View. The view ! The View! From inside and on the deck. Amazing! Great hosts. !!! Loved it !"

"Property was as described. It was very clean and the bedding was luxurious. Nice to have bathroom basics available. Kitchen was meagerly stocked but we didn’t do much cooking so it was ok. Nice to have laundry available."

"My husband and I stay here every time we visit our daughter in Longmont. Each time we come in, it feels like home. The bed is comfy, the living area is cozy and the kitchen is well-appointed. The host is wonderful and communicative. Great place to stay with a surrounding neighborhood with lots of trees and shade. Great for walks!"

"I have been searching for the perfect cabin near Denver to “run away” to after a busy summer. I finally found it! Brookside will be my annual escape. You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies. My favorite thing is the hammock right beside the river – a dream come true! See you next year. You are very gracious hosts."

"Great property. I would stay there again. Only one suggestion for visitors: download the travel and accommodation details before you arrive because there is no cell coverage within 15 miles of the property. When I arrived, quite late, I had to blow up the picture of my cabin so I wouldn’t enter someone else’s by mistake. Be comforted, though. They have great wi-fi once you are checked in and have the log-in credentials."

"Cute place and private"

"The property is exactly as advertised. Check in/out was a breeze. Great view of downtown Nederland from the private deck."

"What a great find! The place was perfect for us. Wonderful hosts. I really appreciated quality amenities. The place was really stylish. The bed was very comfortable. AC was great. The towels were plush and oversized. And, it’s a little thing, but even the toilet paper is the good kind. I really hate places where they provide the cheapest stuff!"

"Great stay, comfy space had everything we needed."

"The property is well maintained and located in a nice neighborhood away from some of the hustle and bustle of Boulder. Communicating with the host was easy and effective. A couple of things to be aware of: Like many homes in and around Denver and Boulder, this house has an evaporative cooling system instead of central air conditioning. This is probably fine for most of the year, but you might consider summer heat during a potential stay. Opening the windows at night helps, but it could take some...

"The Nedhouse was great! We enjoyed our stay!"

"This clean, cozy rental unit is perfect for a couple who wants to explore the national park but stay away from the crowds in Estes Park. The unit is easily accessible from the main road. The host did an excellent job communicating with us throughout our stay.Bonus points for its fantastic steam shower!"

"Clean, cute, and comfortable."
