"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

"To start - not real sure how Shaun or Victoria managed to train the local wildlife but i knew we were in the right place when we first arrived in the driveway and in a somewhat disney fasion a deer and rabbit were chasing each other around the front yard so..... yeah it gets better the house so described as charming by the home owners is spot on we hadn't been halfway through our trip when my wife ask (think they would sell) nature abounds here as mentioned above we watched bunnies and bevers...
