"We had a great time! There is so much to do - kayaking, swimming in the pool, fishing. Great places to eat in Douglas, too! The house is obviously tiny, so it's kind of like camping with a TV, toilet and shower which was fun. There is no real space to just hang out inside for more than two people but as long as the weather is nice, you will not want to be inside anyway! Sam was so nice and so were his boys! Our two boys had a great time with his sons and the guests in the adjacent bungalow...

"This cottage is so sweet, nostalgic, and cozy! It was reminiscent of my grandmother’s home in rural SC, but with all the modern conveniences. Rachel truly has thought of everything and has provided nice lighting/lamps, pillows, coffee, curtains, and has even placed charging stations bedside. The parking area at the house is sizable, plus the neighborhood is nice for walking too. We are thankful we could stay here!"
