"This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. "Came to Corvallis for a few days to see oregon state baseball and was so pleased with this mountain retreat! Close to town by car but serenely set up in the mountains, even had a deer visitor in the yard in the morning! Very clean and well maintained, excellent communication with host. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to town!"

"We needed a short term rental for two weeks and this home was perfect. It has a brand new walk-in shower and all the things you need for a great stay."

"The property was very clean and the host provided excellent communication. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 dog. The TV is a smart TV and we watched several movies. The kitchen was missing smaller saucepans, but the host plans to replace. The house is on a very busy road and the sound of traffic did keep us from sleeping well, but the house is close to a Safeway and other amenities."

Ellen was super communicative and addressed one very minor concern that popped up quickly even though I told her it wasn’t an issue for us during our stay but may be an issue for the next guests. (I wouldn’t have even brought it to her attention until we checked out if she hadn’t messaged me the first night of our stay to see if we needed anything.) The home is lovely and gave us room to spread out a bit, which was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. "
