The outside of the house looks old, but the inside has been updated fairly modern even though some minor features still shows its age. Even include coffee and tea. When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). "This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool.
