No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. "This old house was perfect for our family and friends gathering for our kid's graduation. It is an easy 15-minute walk to CMU and located in a pretty neighborhood with mixed with students and permanent residents. We wanted socializing space - a dining room, living room, and porch for hanging out - and this house provided all of that. The place is old and not recently renovated, so don't expect spic and span modern. But it did have heat, AC, Internet, parking, and clean and comfortable beds. We...
