"I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"This amazing house in a quiet cove was the perfect way to spend Labor Day holiday. There was a high chair & pack & play (we had brought our own pack & play not realizing) and a wonderfully set up kitchen, we had everything we needed to cook on site. The games were great for the kids and the dock was lovely. "

"I am very particular about where I lay my head down and I had no negatives about this property. It is very clean and all linen and towels are white. The neighborhood is so quiet and in an area where you can take after dinner walks due to very low traffic. The house has everything that you need. 10 out of 10, I recommend and plan on recommending it to friends and family that need to visit the area. "

"I don’t even know where to begin. This is the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location is great and very close to the lake. The pics are accurate. I love the way the space is laid out. It’s very light, modern, and clean. Love having the pool table. The hot tub and pool are very well maintained. Luann is a wonderful host and answered any questions I had promptly. We arrived to freshly cooked delicious brownies with a handwritten welcome note wishing me happy birthday. It was very unexpected...

"There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby."

"More space than any of us could use, could fit way more than the quantity of people listed, owner was super easy to work with, very communicative and made it easy to choose to turn on pool heat last minute. Would definitely rent again! "

"Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it."
