"Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. "The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

"Easy to get to, convenient location in a very quiet area down a dirt road, with quick access to stores, gas stations, restaurants and the interstate. Has basic essentials, needed a computer to access Starlink, if you want more than basic tv. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. "
