"The place is lovely-a property full of coconut trees and with a view on the lake. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes on foot. The manager is attentive and professional. We had dinner there a few times and the food was great (they accommodate vegans :) )."

We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. However on the day of checkout, we were repeatedly disturbed by the staff, asking us to check out and every time we had to again explain the situation. What's the point of a late check-out if someone or the other is going to disturb every 5 mins. Disappointing stay. Will...
