"This property is a beautiful place to stay! It is large enough for my family to stay in and enjoy the Pagosa Springs area. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and pool table when we were not out and about enjoying the area. The balcony views were the best. We will definitely look for this property next time we visit Pagosa Springs. Thank you."

"Walked in and everything was spotless. Including the hot tub. Kitchen had tons of good gear for cooking which was a huge plus. Could easily entertain a nice dinner here. Beds and pillows were VERY comfy. Nice layout. Good location you can walk to everything downtown. We’ll be back!"

"Lots to like about this property: - Very clean, great view, nice & spacious. The unit has a bedroom with a king bed, and a murphy bed in the main area. The main area is very spacious & there's plenty of room to get around even when the murphy bed is down. The unit has 2 full bathrooms that are both good sized as well. There were plenty of towels and both were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There is an in-unit washer and dryer that made laundering our towels and suits...

"This is a lovely home with a relaxing backyard directly on the river. The wildlife is abundant and the views are spectacular. They have a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and the view from every room is beautiful. The Pagosa area is stunning but the house was so perfect that we spent most of our time enjoying the house and yard. We loved our 4 night stay here and would stay here again if we come back to beautiful Colorado! "
