"The apartment is wonderful! The location is excellent, the staff is very attentive, the check-in process is easy, and everything else about the listing is as described. Overall, I had a very good experience.
However, there is one recurring issue that I believe should be addressed. The listing advertises access to a jacuzzi, but unfortunately, it has not been available during either of my two stays because it is always under repair. I believe this should be clearly disclosed in the listing so...

"If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a few days, this is the perfect place. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and wildlife, with a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were genuinely exceptional, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Easy to get to Guatape rock by Tuk Tuk.
One tip: don't rely on Google Maps for the final stretch. Follow the directions provided by the hotel and consider taking a tuk-tuk, as recommended.
We'd highly...

"The room was spacious and well suited for business travelers. Its excellent location put shops, restaurants, and public transportation within easy reach, and the property also had a modest but useful gym. The room was reasonably clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, pots, and pans—useful amenities for preparing meals during an extended stay. Because I stayed for only four days, I used just the microwave and refrigerator. The only drawback was that there was no soap in the shower, though...
