"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"The only downside to this stay was the inaccurate information given on my hotels.com reservation regarding calling the property 24 hours in advance to receive the access codes for entry. The host actually sends you a text on the day of your arrival with that information. The hotel has no parking, it's street parking only, which really wasn't a problem since we could pull up in front of the building and unload. Glad we were on the first floor - there's a long staircase to the second floor. ...

"Great stay for our family! The property offered privacy in a quiet wooded area surrounded by nature. Check-in was effortless, the kitchen was stocked with all the needed plates and pots, wi-fi is available but rather slow, hot-tub was clean, and firewood was provided. The home was well maintained and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the daily visits from the family of deer. "
