"This is a nice, modern, cozy cabin which is close to everything Munising has to offer. It is tucked away in a little clearing down a dirt road so you get the experience of being away from it all in the woods while remaining close enough to the sites. The stars at night were beautiful. The owners are absolutely wonderful. The caretaker was very kind and baked us cookies. The beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is good. Comfortable. Seven us old Scoutmasters stayed here. Beds comfortable too. This to us was a luxury stay. Hoping to come back in future. "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Breath taking views, quiet and serene. We grilled, had a fire and tested out the sauna! There was plenty to do just outside, but inside were games and whatnot to keep you entertained. We HIGHLY recommend and hope to return!"

"We loved the central location. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The kayaks provided were a nice perk. If you use them, just beware that you need to carry them to an access point. It is almost impossible to carry them down the hill. We had an issue when we used the numbered key pad to lock the door. "Everything was as described. We felt safe in the location. The kitchen was fully equipped and the table allowed for 4 adults and 2 small kids on the end to eat comfortably. We liked that there were multiple seating options in the living room and plenty of room for our kids to play on the floor. We were able to fit 2 twin blow up mattresses for the kids in one of the rooms, and we ended up moving one to the other room with space to spare. Would recommend!"

"Furnace lake overlook was amazing So clean, had everything we needed and more. The heated pool overlooking the lale was amazing and a wonderful place to relax after a day seeing the sites. Danielle was amazing and checked in with us to see if we were comfortable. We will definitley be back!"
