"Fantastic, quiet location. Nice, well-stocked kitchen. Everything kept in good condition.The only cons are that parking in the nearby garage is paid, and the heat/ac unit is kinda loud - think hotel room volume. We had the electric unit in the fireplace on too, but it wasn't able to keep up.Besides those nitpicks, it was a fantastic location that we loved!"

"The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

"The location of this house is fantastic! Everything on King Street and Prince Street is easily walkable, so that was great for me and my family. The house was fun and unique, and my kids loved the spiral staircase. "The Potomac was the perfect place to host my family for a holiday gathering. My teens shared the bedroom on the third floor and had their own bathroom. My mom took one of the two suites. And my wife and I had the second master suite. The first floor was large enough to welcome 6 more guests for two days of food, family, and fun. The home was well appointed; the kitchen stocked. We took advantage of the complimentary Netflix subscription and backyard. The hosts even decorated for the holidays!"

"Room was great, but the heating system not stable. Also, I booked through hotels.com which promissed free transport to airport. When I came, it appeared that it was only to Reagan airport, and not Dulles. They did not take responsibility for what hotels.com did - hence it costed me around 100 USD to get to Dulles!"
