"This house is perfect for families. Having a high chair and a pack-in-play was awesome for my granddaughter. I only wish there was a baby gate for the stairs, but we improvised and made it work. The first night we were so uncomfortable on the king bed. It squeaked, it sagged and was terrible. We called Braidyn (sorry if I spelt that wrong) and he came out and immediately fixed it. "The location of the house was in a well maintained neighborhood with no major concerns. The house was spacious and comfort. There were minor cosmetic damage (I.e. slight gaps in flooring, scuffs on the dry wall, carpet stains), but the setup of the rooms were excellent.
