"I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

"We loved our stay with a family of 5 adults. It is in a place that is hard to reach by car, but we had an amazing taxi service. The personal breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. If you cannot climb stairs easily, this place is not for you. It was also in a location within walking distance of several fun shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Everything is good we enjoyed the unit. There is nobody on site that works there just be aware before you go here. it's not really a problem but if you have questions there's no one on site. It's very centrally located to the plazas others complain about noise we stayed in two different units there one was more quiet than the other but it's typical South America when you're in busy area"
