"The cottage was clean, well stocked with essentials (and appreciated nonessentials) and charmingly decorated. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood as well as the easy proximity to the playground, pickleball courts, and Farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday. Christine obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable and was quick to respond to any questions we had. "This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine!"

"This was the perfect house for us! We enjoyed the one floor living, the large kitchen and counter space was more than sufficient. The linens and towels were provided which was one less thing to have to pack. We enjoyed being close to town and all the restaurants, the park, and the beach. Communication with Seaside Vacations was great and we will definitely consider this property again when we return to Chincoteague!"

"My Service Dog Javier and I enjoyed our stay at Misty Blue. The house was lovely, with cool artistic touches throughout. I love older homes, and this one has been very well maintained.Although I did not cook in the kitchen, it was well supplied with everything one might need. The house is located in a great area and I walked everywhere."

"We had a great time staying here. The view of Oyster Bay and being right on the water was wonderful. We were able to put our kayaks in right off the corner at the end of the yard. House was very clean, only suggestion is to replace the burnt out light bulbs. I would definitely stay here again!"
