Hidden Gem in Rehoboth

Mar Bella Hotel is such a charming and refreshing spot! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with a cozy, coastal vibe. Everything felt new and well cared for. The staff was welcoming, and the location is perfect—just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the place clean and inviting. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The sheets, towels and shampoo products were quite nice. The SPA is wonderful. Both my husband and I had massages during our stay. Judy, massage therapist was excellent!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Place was immaculate, check in was easy and every little detail was taken care of. Location was centrally located to beaches shopping and dining. If we ever make our way back to Rehoboth we will definitely stay here!

Unique find in Rehoboth

I was travelling solo off-season and had a short stay. Mar Bella is such special place, beautiful grounds and decor throughout, and a fabulous outdoor hot tub and sauna that was such a bonus. David, the host, is kind and open to accommodating requests, answering questions, and made my stay very comfortable. My visit was short and sweet and I highly recommend and would be back myself again.

Best Spot to Stay!

Everything here at Mar Bella was perfect. Me and my friend went to stay to Rohobeth Beach for the weekend and needed a place to stay. When we got there we were surprised was an understatement. The room was super nice and updated along with amazing amenities. The hot tub was our favorite spot! This place made our stay more comfortable and less stressful for our first trip without our parents. We will definitely be coming back again!

Our stay at Mar Bella Boutique was extremely relaxing. It was a very tranquil and calming visit. I just wish it was a little warmer to try out the hot tub and sauna, maybe next time! I don’t believe I have ever stayed at a place that was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back for a return visit!!

My husband and I loved our stay at Mar Bella! The room was beautiful, well decorated and cozy! Everything was spotlessly clean. Seems like all amenities to make our stay comfortable were thought of! Fans and space heaters, extra blankets, towels, toiletries, water, pillows… they had the cutest little coffee area, an awesome mini convenience store if you were feeling snacky or forgot any necessities! The courtyard area was beautiful, and the hot tub was super luxurious! Will definitely be staying again; honestly can’t wait to come back! Host was super responsive and hospitable

Such a beautiful stay!!

We loved Mar Bella from the moment we arrived!! The indoor and outdoor spaces are kept very clean and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It’s only about 10 minutes from Rehoboth beach which is perfect. The building also has outdoor showers so that you can shower after the beach and before coming into the building. The patio area (pool, hot tub, lounge) is so peaceful!! Definitely will visit again when I’m back in the area.

Another 5 Stars for MarBella!

This is our third stay and third fantastic experience at MarBella! The improvements to the property and grounds just keep getting better, and this time we were greeted by a personal note and special treat from our lovely hosts. MarBella is the perfect quiet escape tucked into a beautiful area filled with trees and plenty of options to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Just a short drive to all your favorite beach spots, the location couldn’t be better! We will definitely be returning again and again to this cozy beach oasis!

Excellent Adult Retreat

The property was so welcoming and clean! It was honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating but not intrusive. The pool area was great! All you needed was right there and it was close to lots of restaurants and night life if you wanted to get out. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back!!

The property was very beautiful on the outside and the inside. It was very clean and the landscaping was beautiful! We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or sauna since we only stayed for a night but we saw it and it was very nice and clean. I loved that streaming services were available to us on the tv and provided by the owners. We will definitely be returning again in the summer.

Rehoboth Gem

We have stayed at Mar Bella three times now. It is a perfect location if you are looking for time away to relax. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculately kept. The owners have thought of everything as far as amenities go. There is not a single area that isn't pristine. There are a number of beaches close by. We have enjoyed Tower beach, Fenwick state park beach and Henlopen state park during our stays. They are all a short drive with ample parking and facilities. It's so nice to go to the beach and then return to Mar Bella to use the pool area. As far as restaurants, there are plenty to choose from. Some of our favorites are the Pink Blossom for breakfast, Agave for dinner, Touch if Italy for dinner and Claws for seafood. It has become our go to spot in Delaware. I highly recommend that you give it a try!!

The property & location of this hotel, is very convenient. The place inside and out seems well maintained. I appreciated the extra outdoor necessities, as they helped being more relaxed. Though the room was small, it was still nice nonetheless. If I had any complaints, the only one would be the check in and check out times. Otherwise, I have no other cons to report. Thank you for the hospitality. Very appreciative.

Nice place, small room

Mar Bella is a pleasant, new hotel. Unfortunately, the Sea Grass Room is quite small. Amenities are limited. The room was clean and comfortable. It appears that the rooms vary greatly in size. I believe they should be priced accordingly based on the size variance. This small room didn't seem be be much less expensive than a large room. The owners were polite, pleasant, and helpful.

Exceptional Experience

We were so pleased with our recent stay at Mar Bella. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally CLEAN. Everything was meticulosly cared for. The bed was comfortable and the coffee/tea bar was very much appreciated. The TV was great with a ton of streaming options available. When you first arrive in the lovely foyer you have the option of picking up brochures with local information, dining options, etc. Last but not least we felt very safe and secure with the locking codes on front door as well as our private room. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities.

We only stayed one night, but were able to take advantage of the many features of the property. The swimming pool is large with wide entry steps for easy access. The hot tub pavilion is very welcoming and the sauna is a nice treat. The owners have thought of everything, from coffee centers, to hammocks, to a fire pit. There is something for everyone. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor showers, but if we had wanted an extra day at the beach, the showers are available the day of checkout for guests to clean up. That's a nice touch. The only thing we would have liked was room-darkening curtains. The outdoor lights made our room glow all evening and we would have slept in later if we hadn't been awakened by the sun. We like to sleep in on vacation. :) Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend.

Hidden gem!

This place was such a great find! I frequently visit Rehoboth/Dewey all year round and have stayed in many hotels in the area over the years. Mar Belle is hands down my favorite place and I honestly can’t see staying anywhere else on future visits. Near the front entrance there is a fire pit, some picnic tables, a corn hole set up to enjoy, and a few hammocks(one of which I took full advantage of). A day or 2 before your trip you get instructions with your own access code to enter the property along with your room. We stayed in the sea grass room on the first floor of what I believe is the main lodging area. The room was very clean and well kept along with the rest of the property. The bed was very comfortable, a large flat screen TV mounted, and a small seating area. Staying in a smaller room there wasn’t too much space for your belongings aside from the closet and some space under the night stands. Suited us just fine. After we got our things in the room Dave showed us around the back of the property and I thought I was at a resort! The code used to get into your room is the same used to access the back of the property. The back has an inground pool, some tables to sit at with some games available like jenga, lounge chairs around the pool to sun bath and a few more in a covered area to get a break from the sun when needed. In the back of the property is also where you have access to the HOT TUB and SAUNA! Again very well kept and I noticed every morning while getting my coffee and enjoying the patio it is sanitized and cleaned every morning for guests to enjoy! There is also another bathroom in the back by the sauna to avoid having to go back to your room. Before arriving I was a little concerned with not having access to the temperature controls of our room but I had a comfortable nights sleep every night. Dave was a text or phone call away if you had any questions or needed anything. I honestly can’t think of ANYTHING that would make me look anywhere else to stay on my future trips to Rehoboth/Dewey. I’m actually booking another weekend for 4th of July!
