Pet Policy: A maximum of two dogs are permitted, each weighing no more than 30 pounds. All dogs must be hypoallergenic and non-shedding, well groomed, and free of fleas and ticks, with continuous flea and tick prevention in place. Dogs must be professionally groomed prior to occupancy. No other animals are permitted on the premises. As a condition of the rental agreement, the guest must provide a current photograph of each dog, proof of active flea and tick protection, proof of current rabies vaccination, and proof of grooming prior to arrival.
