Uoplagt i receptionen. Ikke opredte ekstrasenge og ingen linned selvom det var bestilt. Familieværelses sovesofa som er en central del af sovepladserne var virkelig ringe. Morgenmaden kunne de ikke følge med til og dels svinede det overalt og dels manglede der hele tiden noget... Ikke Marrriott standard...
