"We arrived at noon and were told we had to wait till 4 pm. Which is their check in time. I adked if they could advise their staff to prioritise the room wecshould stay in, but that was mor possible. When we finally checked in we were not informed of anything. The stay was nice with plenty of water, soda and snacks which were complimentary. Also provided on the beach, great service.
