Hoteller nær Regal Ithaca Mall

"chose hotel because of bistro and bar got there it was closed due to lack of staff. Karen was great at taking care of our early check we were attending a mid afternoon funeral and got us checked in by noon."

"The property is very worn in the rooms and halls. Outdoor lighting at parking and the entrance we were told to use was almost non existent. We had difficult navigating walk and steps until we knew it better. The place was very clean. Desk staff pleasant, helpful, speedy. Breakfast buffet was large and good."

"Worst hotel I have never slept on. Wasn’t clean at all, dirt on the ground and dusty. Holes in the wall and no breakfast. The carpet at the stairs needs lots of cleaning. Really worn hotel that needs a total makeover. "

"Always enjoy staying here convenient clean wonderful staff"

"Very nice small hotel in a great area and close to much. Room was well equipped and bed was super comfortable. Loved the amenities in the lower level. I’ll definitely book here again!"

"The only issue was walking back from town is a intense climb."

"One of the best things was the breakfast and hospitality it was a very welcoming stay , clean quite and delightful "

"Excellent breakfast."

"We decided to book this motel having read good reviews. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the motel. We had to ask motel staff to fix couple of things. To give motel staff a credit they handed these issues quickly. The motel is way overpriced and there is not daily room cleaning. This is probably only two star motel."

"This was the second time we’ve stay at the Gothic Inn . It’s a beautiful Inn everything is done with great care . The breakfast is delicious so don’t miss it. The setting is gorgeous."
