"The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner. "

"The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. The resort is in a nice location, the pool is close to the restaurant and beach as well, all conveniently located close together. The hotel rooms themselves were fine. All rooms have an ocean view and are reasonably new and in fairly good shape. Our mini-split AC unit...

"Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. "The cottage is as described. Quiet retreat in nature. I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the banaquits at the feeder and seeing the flamingos in the distance. The host has thought of all the details and we had everything we needed. We stocked up on groceries on St Thomas and cooked our meals at the cottage every night. "I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me.
