"We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this property in May 2025. It is recently renovated and very comfortable with plenty of space and perfect amenities for hitting the parks and beaches on St John. The balcony view is great and there is a dedicated parking spot for your rental car. The driveway is steep and a little tight, but you learn to maneuver it quickly. There is some road noise and roosters crowing nearby but it did not take anything away. The property manager, Julice, communicated...

"The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly situated between the less-touristy sides of the Island. We were there for the National Park experience primarily, and the house's location was a short distance to all things interesting: hiking, snorkeling, bars, and grocery stores. The driveway is a bit daunting, particularly without back-up cameras in a lot of the rental vehicles, but it is doable. The large patio is meant for sipping cocktails and every possible cooking utensil was there....

A few small additions like extra trash bags or a laundry basket would have been helpful, but nothing that took away from the trip. Overall, a good place for a laid-back island stay."

"Seabreeze is the smaller of 2 rental units on this gorgeous property. It us perfect for a couple. We loved the huge screened in space, where we ate and hung out most of the time. Lovely view, vet quiet fir so close to town. The plunge pool and covered patio were so delightful and very private. Excellent bed and linens. Great stacked washer/dryer in the huge bathroom which has a giant walk in shower. The kitchen is large & airy with great appliances and pretty much everything you need in the way...

"Away from it all with a great view. Rental is a must and address a little hard to find. Kudos to some dude walking his dog who helped us out. Great owner and good communication. Look forward to going back. St John is the best. "

"We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

"We have been all over the Caribbean and have rented all over St John in multiple properties. This rental is an incredible gem, the views of the sunset and glittering St Thomas are spectacular. Minutes from beaches, grocery, Cruz Bay there is no better location on the island. The hosts have been on the islands for decades and are a font of excellent information and respond very quickly to inquiries. The house is incredibly taken care of with a whole house generator so you are never...

"This is a beautiful home. The bed super comfy. Everything was clean, new, the host and manager were very accomodating. The view is spectacular!!! The road up is a little daunting, but i managed. I was happy we rented a car, but i saw a taxi pick up people.P soneighbo"

"Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay."

"Dejligt hotel med søde ansatte. Morgenmaden er ikke store portioner, men smager dejligt. Værelserne er godt brugte, men fine til prisen."

"Et dejligt og hyggeligt mindre hotel, fine områder, pæne og rene værelser og god service. Ulemper er at morgenmad bliver serveret i en picknic kurv udenfor værelset og består af en bagel, en kop kaffe, lidt smørost, en yoghurt og lidt frugt …. Hver eneste dag! Derudover er hotellet halv oppe af en stejl bakke/bjerg og meget besværligt at gå dertil. Når du så kommer på hotellet er der trapper overalt da hotellet er opdelt i flere niveauer og er overhovedet ikke egnet til gangbesværet mennesker. "

"Decay seems to be the state of many hotels in Virgin Islands. Flexibility of getting the room ready sooner than 4pm not available. Not able to call international Numbers to let us know when room is ready. Very little equipment in room to make own meals. But the view is breathtaking. And size of room very good"

Not entirely worth the money...

"I think when you sell this type of room for 4 people it should have a decent sleep couch - it did not. In fact, it way really unacceptable and for that reason everything else (even if really good and with nice service) it just makes it harder to enjoy when half of the family sleeps poorly."
