"Great quiet location within walking distance to historic Branson and Branson Landing. Neighborhood felt safe even when walking after dark. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C unit is much quieter than most hotels which was a huge plus! A/C could have been a littler cooler but considering it was very hot when were there and I run hot anyway, that’s understandable and it could just be me.. lol. The cozy beautiful home is exceptionally clean, has nice furniture (comfortable bed and couch/chair, tables for 4 in kitchen and on front porch), nice woodsy/bear decor, many extras ( towels, pillows, towel bars, paper goods), an oscillating fan, closet, drip and cup style coffee pots, completely stocked kitchen, night lights, fire alarm system, and a well-lit entrance for night arrivals. "This place was like a fairy tale. Makes you feel like a kid again. Very nice host, cleanest place ever, packed with goodies you might have forgotten. Everyone should stay here at least one time."

"This is a beautifully restored 100 year old home that was truly lovely. It was comfortable, had plenty of room for three adult couples & was located near areas we needed to be (we were attending a wedding at Finley Farms). Betty, the owner, answered any questions I had immediately although I didn’t have many as everything was so easily explained in the binder left for guests. I would definitely stay here again. "
