"Property location was good. Night life tend to be wild around this area si if you have younger kids may be take a longer detour, but it is safe to a degree. The apartment was night , got everything just a bit tired and few things wasnt working. Nothing against the cuatomer service, its the nature of the apartments that if you dont notify the owner nothing will be done and unfortunately its at thr owner discretion to fix things. Otherwise it was good for our family"

"We stayed for just 2 nights, good location, nice property surroundings. The owner was kind, we had a late arrival and the key things had issues work one simple phone call and the owner came straight down and sorted it straight away and then gave us directions for the parking. Lovely gentleman. The people living in the complex were friendly.. Nice and clean. I would have swam in the pool if we had a longer stay. I'd definatley come back and stay again. "

"Even though the building is starting to age our room was clean and tidy and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff were friendly. Parking space was tight but manageable. Only issue was our TV didn’t work when we arrived which was not able to be fixed until the next day. If we return to Surfers we would like to stay there again "

"On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. "Staff friendly as we had no light or fan in bedrooms turned out we didnt know how to work remote as it all runs off this Need instructions for fans and lights left in apartments Security lights along walkways shines directly into 2 front bedrooms Its like daylight need to replace curtains back as you can see there were curtains as tracks there and have been replaced with blinds that let light in at top and sides it was darker in there in day than night time so very bad to no sleep Very...

"We had some very nice in Surfers Paradise. Excellent suite with a nice partial ocean view, which was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great, where we could walk to everything. Parking costs extra, but you could take the elevator straight from the parking lot to the suite."
