* Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and all cigarette waste must be disposed of properly.


#3. No Parties or Events

* This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
* No parties, events, or loud gatherings.

#4. Quiet Hours

* Please respect **quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM**.
* Sound carries easily—be mindful of neighbors.

#5. Registered Guests Only

* Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
* Any visitors must be approved in advance.

#6. Pets

* Pets are not allowed

#7. Parking

* Parking is available in the driveway or along the curb.
* Do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes.

#8. Safety & Security

* Keep doors and windows locked when you leave the home.
* Turn off lights, A/C, and appliances when not in use.

#9. Cleanliness

* Please keep the home tidy during your stay.
* Wash used dishes or run the dishwasher before checkout.
* Place trash in the outdoor bins.

#10. Appliances & Furniture

* Please use appliances and furniture responsibly.
* Do not move large furniture pieces.
* Notify us immediately if something breaks so we can address it quickly.

#11. No Illegal Activity

* Any illegal activity, including drug use or underage drinking, is not allowed on the property.
