"Love grosmont an Whitby,very scenic,lovely friendly people,our first time visiting.so will definitely come again hopefully get to rent the same property as I'm a creature of habit..lovely comfortable , home away from home perfect get away .."

"It was my second time staying at the property. The house was kept to a high standard.there was board games and a good selection DVDs for the wet days.and very close to the town."

"The property internally is nicely presented. There’s a good fitted kitchen with built in appliances and every item of crockery and kitchen utensil you could think of. The electric recliners were very comfy and there is a modern bathroom with a good shower. The property was very clean and nicely presented. The negatives are that the access is poor. Although it’s the norm for Whitby the access is much steeper than we expected and the nearest parking is quite a walk away. 100% not wheelchair...

"Parking space very small to the point my husband had to climb over to the passenger side to exit the car. Rear entrance very grotty. Flat itself was ok and clean but small double bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Bedroom also very hot and stuffy. Good use of a small space though and well equipped "

"Beautifully renovated cottage with comfortable bed and modern washroom. Conveniently located for exploring Guisborough and helpful guidebook with suggestions for the kids and adults. The grocery store is a 5-minute block away also. Andy was very helpful and easy to communicate with."
