"This house is absolutely the most unique property I have found in the Rochester area. The property is spacious, immaculate, centrally-located and has so much character. Our family gathered in the large interior space for meals but, the outdoor garden was the spot we especially enjoyed for morning coffee and evening conversations. "This is a great walk-out basement apartment that has a kitchen, dining room, den/game area, bathroom, and bedroom. It was a little noisy during the first day (Saturday), but I messaged the owner and the problem resolved. I will definitely book this again in the future."
