"Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"

"When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of old building. The place definitely needs a total renovation. There was signage for smoke free facility and walking up the stairs you could smell marihuana all over the stairs and hallway. The ceiling tiles were stained. Then in the room the plumbing needed some assistance with flushing and sink drainage, the shower had hair from previous guests. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. "The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night."

"Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."

"Horrible place with no cleaning and crappy breakfast. The worst was the feeling of insecurity due to the neighborhood and unpleasant people Living on the hotel. We did not feel safe at all. The hotelrate is robery!! Way too expensive. The place is definetely more a nasty motel than a hotel."

We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "
