"We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help"

"Drove by the property and decided to book another hotel. I should have looked at the other reviews before I booked, now I can't get my money back. Stay somewhere else!"

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"Shower had hair in it when we arrived and was clearly dirty. Sheets were never changed when we stayed six days. Staff were not happy and we heard one threaten to quit. Nothing works."

"The room was good and comfortable. It was equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The room rate was excellent. The rate also included free parking. Breakfast was included in the rate and consisted of cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, hot cereal and juices and coffee. This was also a good part of the deal. The Quality Inn was definitely a positive and a hotel to return to."

"Possibly the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. I have numerous photos of mold and mildew and even roaches in our room. The staff was never at the desk which I also took photos of. They allowed us only two towels and one washcloth for three people the entire stay. Oh, and one small bottle of shampoo and a bar of hand soap . No blow dryer. People (un housed) sleeping in front of the hotel and next to cars in the parking lot. Smelled like weed inside the entire hotel. Don’t stay here."

"Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"

"My room was bug-infested; hardly any water came out of the sink faucet; there was no lamp; the deadbolt would not close; in five nights, no room service (toilet paper, change of towels, emptying trash) was offered or provided. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was not clean. I would never return."

"DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL From the beginning main door wasn’t working you literally had to push it hard to open and close. The rooms had a strong smell of smoke AC wasn’t working properly not cooling at all. We have a 90+degree weather and this place had not cold water to shower water was literally burning hot. Doors didn’t lock so if you plan on getting a room for 2 or more people you’ll have no privacy. On top of all that they charged us some extra fees for our dogs being too loud apparently...

"This place has gone downhill. I’ve stayed here many times over 30 years. There are no more water views due to nearby construction. The staff were like annoying zombies. One person actually tried to intimidate me. No hot water . Practically empty. It’s a decent budget hotel. Don’t pay more than 70 bucks. I will never stay here again."

"We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!"
