"Staff at front desk extremely kind. But No help getting into the car with lugage from the doorman.
Hotel warn down and needs renovation. Not very clean. No shelves to put clothes so lived out of my suitcase for 6 days ( 5 star hotel???) No ironboard. Good amenities. Good coffee and minibar selection in room. Loud hip hop music and average coffee in breakfast area. Elevator system good. "
"Outstanding hotel in a great location downtown. Close to metro and ground zero. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable bed, sofa and desk - all nicely decorated. There was also a big bathroom with everything you can expect.
Amazing gym with and pool as well.
