"The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine. "

"We used this cute little condo for girls night. We sat in the deck at night (great weather) and it was perfect! "

"This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. "

"Peter was a great host. He was very communicative. The unit was super clean and perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location and not sure why so many people complain about the stairs… It wasn’t bad at all. "

"This place was a great spot for 2 adults. Very convenient location. If you are planning on going to a concert I highly recommend. The concert venue is right behind the condo. You can leave your car and walk to it. Downfall was the toilet was a bit old, but the shower and hotub was great. We didn’t see an instruction manual for the condo, but Patti was fantastic answering all of our questions. "

Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. "Great location, cozy condo that served us perfectly. About a half mile to the beach with brewery and ice cream restaurant right around the corner and walkable distance. Had a great four day day."

"Spacious 1 bedroom condo, very comfortable Queen beds and sofa bed. Beautifully renovated kitchen, family room and bedroom. Bathrooms still need updating (but there were no issues) and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Cannot beat the stunning views!"
