The facilities were not new, but still fine and well maintained. The beach was fine but the water at the beach was not clean.

"Great appartment hotel close to shopping areas - markets, Mall and outlet in 5-15min taxi drive. Easy to catch a Grab taxi. We had a family room, 2 bedrooms. Big and well maintained, fairly new hotel. Long term rentals possible. Fantastic rooftop pool, gym and kids area also. Only negative thing to say is that there are not that many sunbeds and they are sometimes all taken. Breakfast was a bit expensive unfortunately. Sure we will be back."

But it is not for tourist who wants to stay at the pool and get some sun - unfortunately they have built the building with the pool access rooms in such a way that the pool is in the shadow most of the day. The rooms (and their terrace/balcony) in this building is never touched by the sun.
Breakfast could be a lot more inspiring.
Most of the guests are chinese that stay for one evening and also thai people.

"The hostel was super clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early. It smelt amazing, the staff were super helpful. Room was spacious clean, shower was powerful. Bed was a little hard but we liked that. Allowed us to leave our bags before our pickup. Great location. "

Daily housekeeping was done and the smaller room was cleaned with fresh linens and towels.
The only negative is they leave the hallway outside area lights on all night which soak low light in on ones face! However the staff accommodated a request to close off the areas that allowed light in.

"Vi havde et virkelig dejligt ophold på dette hotel i Thailand. Personalet var utroligt søde og imødekommende – altid smilende og klar til at hjælpe med alt. Intet var et problem, og alt kunne lade sig gøre, hvilket gjorde oplevelsen ekstra afslappende.
Værelset var stort og rummeligt med et fint og rent badeværelse. Der blev gjort rent hver dag, og alt fremstod pænt og velholdt under hele opholdet.
Maden på hotellet var rigtig god, og morgenmaden var endnu bedre – stor variation og god kvalitet.

Even though the hotel is matketed as family friendly, it was not possible to use our stroller as there were stairs everywhere with no other options.
The odd thing is, I was asked to make a review upon checkin! And the staff was waiting for me to write the review before I even saw the room. I refused. This may be the reason why they have so many good reviews.

"Great hotel located on the hilltop a few kilometers away from the busy roads of Patong. Hotel was overall clean and pretty. Our room had a good size and nice view over the sea. The pool of the hotel was very enjoyable also with beautiful views of the surroundings. The hotel offers many great facilities and activities, both for adults and kids. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Some minor inconveniences is that the pool closes early, so you can’t enjoy the pool when the sun has settled down after a long day out of the hotel. That is despite the pretty lightning around the pool area at night. The isolation of the room could have been better, as it was often easy to hear noice and voices outside the hotel room. The location of the hotel is nice if you prefer being in a more quiet area still near Patong, however it is practically impossible to walk to any attractions nearby because of the steep hill that the hotel is located on. The hotel does offer free shuttle busses from and till Patong, which is nice "

Morgenmaden er af den helt almindelige, lidt kedelige buffet type, ikke penge værd.
Pool områderne er fine, men med meget meget få liggestole, til et så stort hotel opstår der en lille “kamp” om disse. "
"Vi havde et skønt ophold på dette hotel. Man bliver taget pænt imod ved ankomst og vi kom op på værelset med det samme. Værelset er dejlig stort og super lækkert. Resortet er virkelig smukt, men man skal være opmærksom på at det er meget stejlt nogle steder, så anbefales ikke til gangbesværede. Måske man også skal overveje med små børn. Vi rejste med vores søn på 2 og det gik fint, men der skulle lidt kræfter til at skubbe klapvognen nogle steder. Personalet var dog søde til at køre os op på værelset når vi havde været nede i byen fx. Morgenmaden var super lækker og god kaffe. "
