"Hotel was fab - nicely located only 10-15 min walk to main areas of attraction. 747 bus from airport drops you off just 10 mins walk away. Rooms were excellent with nice touches such as iMac and Dyson hairdryer. Nice and simple continental style breakfast helps set you up for the day, and small assortment of sodas, snacks and others at reception. "Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps.
Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...

"We loved the location. We visited in the summer and it was close enough to most attractions to walk to our destinations (and close to subway and bicycle stations for tired feet days). We could explore the city for a few hours and return for a break from the heat in the AC or a dip in the pool before heading out again. The pool was a bit small and crowded at times but good enough for refreshing, quick dips. Lots of great restaurants around. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with our morning coffee....
"The room was not just well designed but comfortable. I especially liked the bench in the bathroom. Most hotels barely have a hook, so the bench was a plus. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
I will definitely stay again here on my next visit.

"AMAZING!! From the moment we pulled up to valet and were greeted by Peter & the other staff members our trip was truly incredible. "Our stay was great! The staff at the front desk were terrific. Front lobby and bar were comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy in the underground lot, which is clean and brightly lit. I also liked that the garage was secure. The room was newly renovated, clean and the beds were so comfortable! There is a room on each floor with an ice machine, and a locker with extra towels, bedding and some toiletries. This was so helpful for when we needed extra towels. No need to call housekeeping!...
