"Villa Alberti is clean hotel and has a good location in old town. There were not coffee makers, our dining area was to other building across street and the breakfast was okay. The front desk and restaurant employees weren’t much friendly, offered little warm welcome and look unimpressed"

"Absolutely will return ! Friendly Italian staff & Property Manager was so helpful and could speak English to help with my questions "

"Great location and very nice room - we had two connecting rooms and it was great for a family. But lots of noise from the street all night even thought it was on the 5th floor."

"Wifi wasn't working. Staff not present at all, only on WhatsApp. Bathroom clean but being shared I would expect it to be deep cleaned (mold/rust stains in the shower). Building was under renovation (unsecure at the moment) on the lower and top floors. Room size exceeded expectations, beds comfortable. Good location, top pizzeria close by and bar right at the door. Check in instructions easy and detailed over WhatsApp. Overall good experience considering the price."

"No parking. Though they said there was.. "
