"Vi vil altid huske vores ophold på The Garage. Huset havde et unikt design med brutalistisk æstetik, som samtidig var hyggeligt, komfortabelt og funktionelt. Værtinden bød os venligt velkommen med hjemmebagt kage. Omgivelserne var smukke, og det var hyggeligt at klappe de islandske heste i marken tæt på. Parkering var nemt."

"First off, i want to highlight that the staff is extremely kind, the location is great, and i probably could find more nice things to say about Stracta hotel. However, i simply do not understand how this is a 4 instead of a 3 star hotel. They offer a buffet, which is simply not an acceptable standard. Even just the room you eat in. The waitor didnt even ask if we wanted to purchase any drinks or anything. The food was extremely dissapointing, and so was the breakfast. Maybe the "old building" has nice rooms, but the new rooms that was build felt like a "mobilehome". There were not even basic things like conditioner in the shower. We stayed at 7 different hotels in Iceland, all 4 star and Stracta clearly stood out as the only one that didnt meet our expectations at all."

"Vi boede der 1 nat - passede godt til formål. Hyggeligt og naturskønt sted, god stemning. Virkelig god morgenmad. Meget lille fælles område, lidt meget madlugt på gangene. Værelse og badeværelse var nydeligt rent og pænt!"
