"We arrived at 3 pm but the room was unavailable so we had to wait till 4:15 pm to get the room. Although the wait was pleasant enough with snacks, we realised that the reception had forgotten about us and it was only after we approached them again that they ‘remembered’ we were waiting for over an hour!
After that initial glitch, the rest of the stay was fabulous! The facilities are exceptional and the service top notch!
The staff are gracious and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding,...

"Jeg havde desværre flere dårlige og irriterende oplevelser på hotellet. Mit nøglekort virkede gentagne gange ikke i elevatoren, så jeg skulle have det skiftet. På værelset larmede køleskabet meget, toiletsædet var løst og bruseforhænget hang halvt faldet ned, da jeg kom på værelse. Udsigten var til duer, der sked på en konstruktion bygget uden på hotellets facade. Faciliteter ellers OK, men hotellet virkede til at være træt."

We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious.
