"Just stayed one night but it was clean quiet and comfortable. Area it’s located in was very well lit up outside so it felt safe. Breakfast prep room neat and clean and well stocked even at the closing time. Good coffee, tea, waffles, toast, cereal, muffins and yogurt were offered for breakfast. Staff very attentive helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay there again!"

"The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. The photos that are listed of the property are probably of it when they first opened. The room I booked was suppose to have 2 queen beds, but instead I got 1 queen and 1 full. It had no outside area. When walking in it smelled of straight Indian food and the ladies on the staff at the front were extremely rude. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. "This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help. It is such a dissapointment from what it was. It was under renovation, and messes were left all over. Our first look had water seeping up from the floor ( we did get another one, not an upgrade, just another one) Our room was nice and new, but such a disappointment to what the hotel used to stand for. "
