"This house was terrible, very dirty, dead cockroaches on the table, toilet set not attached to toilet, kitchen bench was not screwed down to the bench, numerous other things wrong with this property that we took photos of, we did not even stay the night as it was to much, contacted owner who I'd not want to know us, would not recommend to anyone. "Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the...

"Great, comfy beds and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are large. Lounge needed a good clean and parking on the very busy road was challenging during mid week. There is parking available for 1 small car we both had work utes"
