Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked...

"Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"
