Perfect
We stayed here for two nights and the hotel was perfect for us. You can feel the dedication from the host, everything is nice, clean and friendly. I am happy to recommend a stay here.

Pauline and Charlie were certainly super hosts!!! Their property is exceptional in every way - the room was spotless, large, light with a balcony. Comfortable bed and great ensuite with super shower! Coffee pod machine in room was a bonus! Their greeting and breakfast options were huge - our breakfast was the best we’ve had for a long time. Wish we stayed longer!! We will be back. Well I’m not sure if it’s Maps or not but when driving it tried to take me to the wrong place, 3 different times. But I finally managed to find it up about ten steps hidden away. Then is an intercom to get you in the glass door then take the lift under up to reception. And there you should find a lovely lady to settle you in. Make sure to have your ID ready for her as well. The room I had was on the 3rd floor not sure if they are all the same or not, but mine had separate shower and toilet, oh I’m not sure why but the hot water seems to be a bit slow getting warm. So turn it on then get undressed and if it’s on hot rather than cold it should have warmed up.

Location amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Nice room very helpful and very good communication. Thank you for a comfortable stay!! Property is cute and is the cleanliness is spectacular.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Pauline is a fantastic host and looked after us so well. The hotel is truly exceptional in every way - decor, comfort, breakfast, location, swimming pool. Pauline also gave us a great recommendation on where to eat and we had a fantastic meal. Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit super netter Betreiberin. In 2 Minuten ist man mitten in der Stadt und nach Mdina sind es auch nur 12-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Viele Restaurants auf dem Weg dorthin. Würde es sofort wieder buchen und auch entsprechend weiter empfehlen. Sitzt man draußen auf dem Balkon kann man herrlich das normale Leben hier auf Malta beobachten.

Superb
Superb location in a very central location of Rabat and close to Mdina. Everything was in walking distance. The accommodation was just lovely. Great sized room, though a little noisy from the street. A surprise shower that was within the room. Some may find that off putting we were fine with it. Good choice of breakfast. Both Pauline and Charlie were great hosts. A keeper!

I stayed at 100 Boutique Living in June 2023 when England were playing at the nearby national stadium. I was glad I did. While not much to look at from the outside it was impressive inside. The rooms were excellent up to 3/4 star hotel standard & the common areas were very elegant & tastefully furnished. There was a good size swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent – I had a fruit salad mix. In addition, the owners were very friendly & attentive. 100 Boutique Living is a couple of minutes’ walk from St Pauls Basilica and 10 minutes’ walk from the old Town of Mdina (Game of Thrones Fame) with several bars & restaurants within strolling distance. Rabat is a quiet alternative to the hustle & bustle of the main resorts

Faultless! The rooms are lovely, the staff are so friendly and welcoming (as if I was being invited in by my mother), the area is quiet and peaceful, just down the road from the main square in Rabat, and easily walkable to Mdina and the St Paul's Catacombs (both are must sees), breakfast is included and the Full English was very impressive and delicious. If you are not traveling with children (it is adults only) then I cannot recommend this hotel enough; this is the one to stay at whilst in Rabat/Mdina.
