"Perfectly located in downtown area within minutes of walking to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who are accommodating and go above and beyond. Breakfast options were great too. Being able to reserve a parking spot was a plus since we had a car. "

"My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. We met Jeff, the owner & his lovely dog (Whiskey)- you can tell he has put a lot of thought...

"Everything was updated and clean in great location. Can walk to everything in town. Parking is on the street but on the side street found enough. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. They provided heaters if you need it. Very friendly and would stay again."

"This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel. This time was because we were in a marcha for san joaninas and we needed a place to stay for a night. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se. Definitely recommended this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. "

"Highly recommendable hotel; all the staff was super friendly and helpful. During our travel we went away from Terceira and did not have a hotel for our last night but decided without a doubt to stay at Caracol the last night as well after our first night at the hotel when we arrived. The food in the bar was brilliant and the only less good thing was a black "fly" on the table at the breakfast buffet and the pressure in she shower in the first room we stayed in. Otherwise, everything was perfect...
