"Highly recommendable hotel; all the staff was super friendly and helpful. During our travel we went away from Terceira and did not have a hotel for our last night but decided without a doubt to stay at Caracol the last night as well after our first night at the hotel when we arrived. The food in the bar was brilliant and the only less good thing was a black "fly" on the table at the breakfast buffet and the pressure in she shower in the first room we stayed in. "Our stay was was lovely. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and tastes great. The breakfast provided in the morning was also a great touch. Not to mention the host was so sweet and kind, and offered information about the local festivities that were going on that weekend.
