As the home is located right in between Queenstown and Frankton you are short drive to everything you will need!
From supermarkets and shopping centres in Frankton/5 Mile to the town centre, activities and restaurants in Queenstown.

The location of this gorgeous home is tucked away on a quiet hillside - safe, sound, peaceful and secure.

Getting Around:
Bus stops are located all along Queenstown's main road (Frankton Road) which is situated at the bottom of the hill- a quick 10 minute walk away.

The property also has allocated off street parking and some on street parking space too.

Other Things to Note:
The Lake House offers practical amenities including a garage for ski or snowboarding gear, ensuring a seamless transition from adventure to relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining area, perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together.
