"When we arrived the condo was immaculate and as advertised. Great location close to Parksville but away from the hustle and bustle. We goofed when trying to lock our unit despite the owners clear video instructions and the lock timed out after too many tries. Greg fixed the problem within minutes. We look forward to our next stay in this unit."

"Backs onto nice wild section of Rathtrevor Park The community has nice landscaping and large trees throughout, and has a great beach which is located at the bottom of a steep incline , The people we encountered were sociable and helpful . The historic Black Goose is a short walk from the accommodation . Very pet friendly and close to other nice spots to visit. Recommended."

"The resort and the area is beautiful. Georgeous sunsets and nice swimming area. Nicely maintained swimming pools and hot tubs. The unit was nice and cozy with a large jacuzzi tub. I filled it up and got in and then noticed some hairs in the tub. The extra sheets for the pull out bed were just thrown in the closet so it was hard to tell if they had been laundered. "

"We stayed in the condo for just under a week. The location is directly on the beach and also close to town which is walkable in about 15 minutes with a couple of not very challenging uphills. The development is on a busy road but faces the beach so traffic noise didn’t disturb us at all because the building seemed to block it. "I would definitely stay here again. The property is lovely and just close enough to Parkville to be convenient, yet not in Resort Drive, which seemed busy. The air conditioning was a holiday saver! Worth the extra money as we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely patio and well appointed kitchen. Teenagers enjoyed paddle boarding and the indoor pool. "Overall impression was very good- I was a little concerned with communication as I expected to hear from owner or VRBO a little earlier. The cottage is spacious and well equipped. The cottage was very clean - there was a wet spot in the downstairs twin bedroom carpet but dried as we were there. The beach is close by and quite a nice area to swim. Overall we had a lovely vacation. "
